What was the highlight of Jardins da Ria Hotel
I would not choose this hotel again, the location does not deserve the price.
generally speaking the hotel gives the impression of being poorly attended, i.e. in many places it could have been painted, repaired or just better maintained. The room cleaning was done well, but not better tan that. From 18:00 or 19:00 (I do not remember exctly) there is nobody at the reception, just a pone with a pone number, where one can call at. The breakfast was good in quantity and in quality.

Breakfast was good and the sauna was good
Outdated, too expensive for what it was, our drains were smelling lije sewage, our view was a big rusty staircase that blocked everything else, beds had no pillows (found two in closet but no pillow cases), wifi did not reach the room. The outside pools had no water, hot tub was out of order, there were no extra towels to use for the pool are, there were no keys to the lockers so all stuff had to be left unattended or keep with you. All facilities and rooms in general were rusty, dirty and out of date in need of rennovation.

Good place fully equiped
Well equiped with squash, gym, sauna (the inside swimming pool was not in operation) The kitchenette is a plus too.
The location is far from Aveiro, which also is a pro as it is not crowded

Disappointing
Staff were very good &very helpful
Hotel was looking very tired needing money spent on it lighting outside our room very bad found it difficult to put key in.We were sent a text only three days before arriving saying both pools were closed for maintenance as we booked through booking com the hotel said they couldn’t compensate us,we feel we should have some sort of compensation for the inconvenience as we had friends joining us at the pool
